Program Fees

The proposed fee for AY 2025-2026 for the online MS in Accounting, the Accounting Fundamentals Certificate and the Advanced Business Certificate in Accounting Analytics is:

Summer 2025 (AY 2024/2025): $1075 per credit hour ($3225 per course)
Fall 2025: $1125 per credit hour ($3375 per course)
Spring 2025 (AY 2024/2025): $1075 per credit hour ($3225 per course)
Summer 2026: $1125 per credit hour ($3375 per course)

The fees are the same for residents and non-residents.

The total Cost of Attendance (COA) includes direct educational costs (i.e., tuition, fees, housing, and food) and indirect costs.  Indirect costs include books, course materials, supplies and equipment, transportation, miscellaneous personal expenses, loan fees, and professional licensure or certification, if applicable.  For additional information about the Cost of Attendance at UConn, please visit https://financialaid.uconn.edu/cost/.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available for the MS in Accounting and the Accounting Fundamentals Certificate, it is currently not available for the Advanced Business Certificate in Accounting Analytics.

  • Financial Aid for the Fall 2024, Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 semesters will require filling out the 2024/2025 FAFSA.   Summer 2024 semester is covered by 2023/2024 FAFSA application.

*Need at least 4.5 credits per semester to be considered for Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans.

There are limited one time scholarships available.  Applicants who are applying to the MSA and would like to be considered for an MSA scholarship must also complete the scholarship application.  The program does not offer financial assistance in the form of graduate assistantships'.
